Our CX3CR1 antibody development programme was presented as an oral presentation at the European Federation of Immunological Societies (EFIS).
The work focuses on the fractalkine–CX3CR1 axis, a neuroimmune signalling pathway implicated in pancreatic disease-associated pain, inflammation and tissue remodelling. The programme progressed from target rationale and immunisation strategy to hybridoma-based monoclonal antibody generation, screening and preclinical evaluation.
This work reflects one of Imperion’s core translational directions: moving from biological mechanism to antibody development and preclinical validation in disease-relevant models.
